Exhibiting and Advertising

Exhibitors and advertisers are invited to participate in the Exhibitor Hall and through printed materials, respectively. To reserve an Exhibitor or Advertising spot, email us at

Exhibiting Opportunities

A dedicated, central location will be provided for exhibitors during the designated hours. Conference break refreshments and meeting rooms will be co-located, and conference registration will be adjacent. Space is limited. Exhibit tables are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibiting Hours
Thursday & Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, and Saturday from 8am – 12:00pm. Setup must be
completed between 7:00-8:00am on Thursday morning. Tear down must be complete by 2:00pm on May 21, 2022.

We are offering a sliding scale for multiple Exhibitor tables. Rates for multiple tables are as follows:

Exhibitor materials can be shipped to the address above and should not arrive before May 20, 2020. All shipping costs will be paid by the exhibitors.

Advertising Opportunities

Conference organizers will produce an online and published conference program for all events — and we will use a conference mobile app that includes a limited number of sponsorship banners. The program will be available on the conference website before and after the conference, and hard copies will be made available to all attendees for a small additional fee. Recognizing that many participants will not opt into receiving a hard copy conference program, we will include sponsorship flyers in the conference folders.

Submitting Files
All advertisements are black and white. It is preferable that all ad materials be submitted as electronic files by email. Electronic files must be formatted to the exact sizes specified above or in one of these formats: (1) PDF, (2) TIF, (3) EPS, (4) JPEG.

Ads should be sent in high resolution form (minimum 200 dpi). Images pulled from the web are only 72 dpi and are not print quality. Do NOT send ads in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, or any other word processing program. File
extensions should ONLY be .JPEG, .PDF, .TIF, or .EPS.

Reservations and Payments

Please complete the online sponsorship/exhibit form. Payments by check should be made out to “University of Georgia – Department of Crop & Soil Sciences” with “AFHVS/ASFS 2022” in the subject line. Payment should be sent to the following address by April 25, 2022 (full payment is required by this date):
